2. Arm yourself with information about your condition.

3. Only comply with advice that is ethical and sensible.

4. Accept yourself, even when your actions have embarassed you or seemed, “too rash”

and your thoughts incomprehensible.

5. Never live the label. You are a complete, complex and able individual. Disability is not always disabling.
